JOB DESCRIPTION
HR & Admin Manager is responsible for managing the spectrum of Human Resource Management, including Payroll Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Industrial & Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, related staff insurance, and other HR and Administration matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the performance and daily operations of HR and Admin department including but not limited to recruitment, performance review, payroll, HR operation and administration, employee engagement, training, and development
- Conduct regularization, quarterly, and annual performance reviews of team members.
- Write and administer disciplinary action reports, memos, Notice-to-Explain, and Notice-of- Decision following Company policy
- Develop and manage effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact person for employees on all things HR.
- Participate and contribute to performance discussions and meetings with the Execom
- Keep and recording of confidential employee information such as personal data, compensation packages, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures
- Ensures payroll generation and crediting is always on time
- Ensures that all statutory is remitted timely
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Experienced in Human Resources or related field
- Preferably with Auto dealership experience
- Experienced in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigation
- Experienced in following and maintaining workplace privacy
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
- Experienced using computers for a variety of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- High level of attention to detail
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Good judgement and interpersonal Skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
