Under general supervision, in a 24/7 in-bound call center environment, Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Representatives will perform related work as required.
- Must have at least 6 months experience as a TSR or as a CSR in a Telco account
- Must have good communication and comprehension skills
- Willing to work in a blended account and shifting schedule
- Must have their own equipment to temporary work from home( at least 8gb ram of memory PC and 10mbps wired net connection)
- Applicant must be located within NCR, Laguna, Cavite or Rizal areas only.
