? Responsible for providing assistance and support to Associates
? Support the Associates Sales Team in different projects such as : marketing activities,
meetings, project ideas, immersion/trippings schedule and attendance
? Will handle project inquiries with all Associate Sales Team on all the marketing activities,
presentation of project details, pricing computation, payment terms and other details that will
aid, support, and assist our Associates.
? Facilitate, Mentor, Coach and Provide details and strategy for project leads, sales strategy
and market trend
? Prepares weekly, monthly and year-to-date sales production reports
? Assists in the commission filing of sellers and closely monitors concerns and problems, if
there is any, and relays these to Sales Director
? Arranges monthly manning, tripping and immersion schedules
? Performs other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time

? Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
? At least one year experience in Sales Development and Lead Generation
? Atleast 2 years experience in Marketing and Sales
? Proven track record in bringing sales and/or new clients to the company
? Ability to present the company well and to influence others
? willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goals.
