JOB DESCRIPTION
- Telemarketing/ Telesales
- Assigned in our office to handle key accounts of pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and doctors
- Attend to every client concern from ordering, and pricing to ensuring a safe and efficient delivery
- Strengthens business relationships with key accounts through value-added services to achieve mutual business interest
- Follow-ups orders with existing clients regularly
- Develops new clients through a provided database
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidates must possess at least a bachelor`s degree in Business Administration/ Management, Marketing, or any related courses
- Applicants with pharmaceutical sales experience (Orals, Injectable, Medical Supply, Equipment, IV Fluids, and Laboratory reagents) are an advantage
- Good communication & persuasion skills (Tagalog and English)
- A good customer base of pharmacies, hospitals, distributors & doctors is a major advantage
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized & keen on details
- Amenable to working in Parañaque City in an office-based setup
