JOB DESCRIPTION

•Responsible for managing directing and overseeing the whole marketing operations.
•Ensures that preparation of marketing plans and annual budgets of all Marketing Managers in all countries of presence
•Conducts regular business reviews to ensure attainment of KPI’s/KRA’s and achievement of monthly sales target in the Philippines and the Asia Pacific Region
•Monitors, reviews and analyzes marketing programs and ensures proper implementation.
•Analyzes market research data and recommends actionable counter measures for the Philippines and Asia Pacific Region
•Sits in the ManCom
•Take responsibility for annual marketing plan, strategy and tactics
•Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
•Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
•Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
•Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
• Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
•Manage marketing budget and expenditures
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
•Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
•Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders

JOB QUALIFICATION

•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
•With at least 10 years’ Experience in Sales and Marketing
•Proven marketing campaign experience.
•Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
•Strong copywriting skills.
•Attention to detail.
•Proven ability to manage budgets.
•Professional and proactive work ethic.
•High competence in project and stakeholder management.
•Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
•Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
•Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
