Manage the schedule of company executive. Plans, coordinates and ensures it is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role.
Handle special projects from time to time and may act as company or department representative
Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings
Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports
Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangementsMaintain various records and documents for company executive
At least 2 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
