SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION
1.Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse,transportation and customer services.
2. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
3. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery frequency, transport cost and efficiency.
4. Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
5. Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.
6. Continuously look for improvements to operations.
7. Maintain recciving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational procedures.
8. Enforces company rules and regulations.
B. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
1. Motivate, organize and encourage teamworkwithin the workplace to ensure set productivity targets are met.
2. Participate in personnel development at all levelsthrough talent acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for high performers, expectation setting and self actualization.
3. Resolve any arising problem or complaints.
4. Supervise, coach and train the team.
5.Create and submit reports on time as needed and required in the plant operations.
6.Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
