-High School Graduate
-Must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably with technical experience
-Good understanding of consumer electronics products
-Strong verbal and written English communication skills
-Amenable to working rotating shifts
-Willing to be assigned in a temporary work-at-home set-up
-Can work in Cebu IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City
