JOB DESCRIPTION
- Improve Franchisee Partner Journey
- Build strong relationship between the business and the franchisee to avoid churned investment.
- Conducts on-boarding and training to franchisee
- Create program that will help the franchisee to gain knowledge and experience that will help them in handling their business.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand, analyze, and communicate reports, income statement, and contracts
- Can work in a high-pressure environment
- Amenable to do store or client visit locally to meet the Franchisee and to strengthen the relationship
- Has a proven experience in handling small to high end clients plus point if there’s previous experience in handling Franchise Clients
- Can provide a timely and efficient solution to any customer complaints
- Has a Make it Happen and No Limits work values
