JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  2. Answer screening and forward incoming phone calls.
  3. Receive and sort daily mail.
  4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  5. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  6. Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  7. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  8. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. Proven work experienced as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar rle
  2. Professional attitude and appearance
  3. Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  4. With normal body mass ratio and height must be 5'4 and above
  5. Must be willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays and overtime if needed
