JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; transactions can be related to billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support
  • Inbound/Outbound calling, negotiating payment arrangements, problem solving, and being able to multitask
  • Always adhere to regulatory requirements and follow policies and procedures in line with the Client’s policy
  • Regular reconciliation of account to identify account issues to resolve client concerns
  • Ensure all phone calls/emails are actioned in a timely manner
  • Accountable for portfolio management
  • Resolve customer issues by telephone and provide excellent customer service
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting when requested by management

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

SELECTION CRITERIA:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a firm but customer-oriented approach and the ability to operate at a fast pace and ever-changing environment. You will also be required to have:

  • Proven experience in financial services/credit/collections/operations sales, ideally B2B
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to work to strict deadlines and collection targets
  • Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations
  • Graduate of Finance, Commerce or Business-related disciple preferred
  • Trustworthy, honest and levelheaded
  • Willing to work onsite from five (5) times a week and may be required to work rotating shifts
  • Saturdays and Sundays will be observed as general time off but when business is in need of additional service, manpower can and will be required.
  • Willing to be trained and adopt to client’s business procedures
  • With good communication skills enough to convey communication internally and with business partners.
