JOB DESCRIPTION
- Facilitates onboarding, training and employee welfare programs for newly-hired and incumbent employees.
- Assists in the manpower sourcing and review of manpower requirements.
- Assists in the investigation and processing of disciplinary actions across branch-level employees
- Facilitates performance review of branch-level employees for prescribed intervals.
- Assists in planning and implementation of employee and office welfare programs and activities.
- Facilitates employment-related compliances across branches.
- Liases with applicable regulatory bodies for compliance requirements.
- ADMIN TASK PROCUREMENT OFFICE SUPPLIES AND ACT AS SAFETY OFFICER
JOB QUALIFICATION
GRADUATE OF B.S PSYCHOLOGY, OR ANY BUSINESS COURSE
