JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meets and exceeds internal/external customers’ expectations by providing the best service and teamwork.
- Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed.
- Handles difficult situations effectively.
- Attends to all repairs and maintenance of various electrical systems and equipment.
- Services and repairs various electrical equipment in the kitchen, the heaters, air-conditioning units, water treatment, and generators.
- Weekly Cleaning of air filter net of air conditioner, and Ice machine regularly.
- Assist A/C technician on monthly cleaning of the air-conditioning unit.
- Ensures all equipment of the hotel is according to the standard.
- Ensure all electrical wirings are based on the standards of the Philippine Electrical Code.
- Conducts daily check on all area of the hotel and make a report to the Engineering supervisor to plan preventive maintenance.
- Ensure to have a safe working standards, during troubleshooting/re-wirings and provides Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
JOB QUALIFICATION
- A Bachelor's Degree in an area of Engineering is required
- A minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position in Accounting, preferably in a hotel industry
