Responsibilities:

Collecting and analyzing data on company’s operational costs
·Developing and analyzing standard costs
Establishing costs of business processes such as administration, labor, shipping, etc.
Recommending changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
Annual physical inventory
Performing account reconciliations
Preparing audit reports and presenting their findings to management
Managing the company’s balance sheet and accounting books
Support company’s accounts and department with invoicing and capital expenditure
Develop and maintain the organization's cost accounting system, documents, and records.
Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings
Prepare and complete internal cost audits.
Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
Analyze any changes in goods or services provided to determine their effect on the cost.
Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect the prices and profitability of products or services.
Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferably.
Atleast 1 year of experience in Accounting/Cost Accounting/Compliance Accounting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
