JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
  • Working closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements online and in print media.
  • Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
  • Greeting and assisting interviewee’s onsite.
  • Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
  • Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly.
  • Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can start Immediately
  • Willing to be assigned in Western, Bicutan Taguig

EPMPC was organized and registered at Cooperative Development Authority on July 29, 2004 and on November 18, 2009 under R.A. 9520 to engage in savings and loan activities among members and to provide Manpower and Management Supply Services to its clients.

Excellent People's Multi-Purpose Cooperative (EPMPC) started in 2004 with a vision to create a community where each member is cared for and has the opportunity to live better.
From its humble beginnings of 15 employees, it is now recognized as the Most Outstanding Cooperative (Large Category) by CDA's Gawad Parangal. Initially, it offers savings and loan activities for its members. But as the group increase in number, it has extended its services to manpower management and supply services.
The cooperative continued to grow in members and clients. Milestones continue to breakthrough. In 2010, it was able to hit the mark "Century Coop," posting more than P100M in terms of total assets. In 2014, it earned a compounded annual rate of 30.04% in the total number of members. After 12 years since its inception, EPMPC was able to post a compounded annual rate of 59.95% in assets, closing the year 2016 with 10,058 members strong. And as if that's not enough success, EPMPC has achieved its "First Billion" in Service Fee Income with a high growth rate of 24%.
Responding to this unstoppable growth, EPMPC expanded its headquarters in Taguig to accommodate more members and clients. It has also built its footprint in the Visayas region with a satellite office in Cebu in 2010 and it also opened its doors in Mindanao in 2013 with an office in Davao.
Moving forward, EPMPC is fearless in its quest to go beyond what is expected. In its boldest move yet, it has launched Vision 20|20, which aims to achieve the dream of becoming the leading primary cooperative in the country by providing diversified services and ensuring members welfare.
By the year 20|20, EPMPC envisions itself as becoming the preferred job contractor capitalizing on its strong credential as a legitimate organization having complied with all relevant government regulations. This is likewise backed by an undisputed reputation of continuously serving better and multiawarded in its field as both a job contractor and a cooperative of people.
