JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company is looking for a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to with background on cold calling and appointment setting who can start ASAP. Job Level: Mid Level with 2-3 yrs. of work experience

Salary Range: Starting pay $500-$550/month plus other allowances and benefits.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, fixed weekends off. Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.

You will be responsible for :

  • Project manage the warm leads (prospects who accepted to talk about products and services). This involves appointment setting, email follow up and ultimately phone calls.
  • Identify leads to create a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects..
  • Get proficient on the CRM platform to handle existing and new leads. It is vital that the hired individual will achieve proficient level on the CRM within a week.
  • Handle email communications to warm up leads
  • Book appointments, keep a live CRM
  • Oversee automated email campaigns and social media ads.
  • Existing customer relations and follow-up.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Technical Requirements:

  • Having equipment such as a PC and a laptop is required.
  • At least core i3-i5 or equivalent processor
  • With at least 8 GB of RAM
  • Internet Speed should not be lower than 25mbps download speed
  • Must have backup internet connection once in training

JOB QUALIFICATION

The Profile

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • 2-3 years’ proven experience in prospecting, Telemarketing and lead generation
  • 1-3 years cold calling and/or inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude
  • Experience in creating & delivering presentations
