HR Assistant - Compensation & Benefits In charge
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process, update, and report monthly mandatory government contributions and loans(if applicable) for SSS, Philhealth, and PAG-IBIG of all employees.
- Oversee and entertain employees concerns on government - related contributions.
- Conduct monthly inspections or validations of the workers in the clients' place of work.
- Assist in the implementation of the company-wide activities for the Corporate Social Responsibility program.
- Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or any business related course.
- With at least 2-years work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Requires flexibility in terms of dealing with different types of employees
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
