JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Process, update, and report monthly mandatory government contributions and loans(if applicable) for SSS, Philhealth, and PAG-IBIG of all employees.
  • Oversee and entertain employees concerns on government - related contributions.
  • Conduct monthly inspections or validations of the workers in the clients' place of work.
  • Assist in the implementation of the company-wide activities for the Corporate Social Responsibility program.
  • Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or any business related course.
  • With at least 2-years work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Requires flexibility in terms of dealing with different types of employees
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
