Full Job Description
We have an AU-based client seeking for a CAD Drafter who is a good communicator and detailed-oriented individual who is proficient in 12D or Civil 3D Software, experienced as BIM Modeler / BIM Management Plan, and knowledgeable with other CAD software.
The Drafter will create or check technical drawings and designs for projects by computer-aided design. He or she has strong computer skills and knowledge in design software. He or she has excellent numerical and analytical skills.
JOB DUTIES :
- Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
- Check the detailing of the drawings
- Prepare detailed work using 12D or Civil 3D software
- Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations
- Communicate with architects and engineers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings
- Prepare and review alongside the engineering team
- Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations
- Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team
- Perform other related duties as assigned

LOCATION : Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, (turn right before Sapangbato gate) Clark Freeport Zone, 2023
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

JOB QUALIFICATION
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a CAD Drafter, BIM Modeler or similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience in Civil 3D, 12D, or other CAD software
- Exposed in BIM management plan
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and can work with less supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
