JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent job entails providing comprehensive administrative support to HR operations of the company. She ensures the efficient delivery and compliance to establish policies of recruitment process, the accuracy of employee data records, facilitate employee engagement activities, administer training and development programs.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any course but Human Resource graduates is an advantage
- With related work experience in all HR functions is an advantage
- With good communications skills (verbal and written)
- Hardworking, team player, flexible, resourceful, with keen attention to detail and can work with minimal supervision
- Pro-active and fast learner
- Willing to be assigned in Makati
- Willing to work ASAP
