They sell tickets to concerts, sporting, and theater events across the United States and Canada, servicing a worldwide customer base. POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Buy tickets to fill orders

·       Ship orders electronically

·       Identify and troubleshoot issues

·       Solve complex problem orders

·       Communicate with customers via email to resolve order issues

·       Answer incoming calls from brokers and customers concerning ticket issues or emergencies

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Proficient with Google Docs

·       Has a high level of integrity

·       Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced environment

·       Professionally motivated, goal-oriented, and ambitious

·       Ability to type 50+ WPM, familiarity with keyboard shortcuts

·       Has time management, organizational, and communication skills

·       Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional in handling customers

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
