JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the overall design of the solution based on the systems/technical requirements.
- Provides technical guidance to the business unit, and assists account managers in pre-sales activities.
- Perform review of the current state of the client while planning and modifying the solution configurations to meet client requirements.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customer's met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
- Coordinate with sales, technical support, and service resources to ensure completeness of proposed deals.
- Completes required training, development and certification objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Background in networking solutions (Security, Routing, ADC, SLB) is a must.
- Certification is an advantage.
- With good communication skills.
- Willing to do solutions and products presentation
- Willing to undergo training.
- Pro-active, independent and resourceful.
