ASEC Development & Construction Corporation was formally organized in May of 1993. Projects initially undertaken were mostly minor renovations, interior fit-outs, and compact residences.

Accepting the flexibility and growth of the industry, the group has ventured into other related fields of technical expertise. Company resources have been expanded to engage in the following:

The ownership of ASEC is 100% Filipino and involves the founder’s second generation in strategic and management decisions. The subsidiaries formed are The Regalia Group Corporation, ASEC Land incorporated, ASEC Water Corporation and Ignajo Foundation.
