Helps the clients assess their current business condition and developing strategies and tactics to change and grow the channel sufficient to maximize the returns for all stakeholders/franchise inquirers

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a role model of skills, knowledge, influence, and hard works
• Acts as brand ambassador for the company and counselor for a potential franchisee
• Calls all the incoming and assigned leads and arrange meetings with them
• Close the franchise deals
• Develop a strong knowledge base
• Developing strategies and tactics to change and grow their business
• Encourages and inspires the clients to start a business
• Gives the right arrangement based on the client's situation
• Has good time management skills
• Identifies opportunities and implements business action plans
• Prepares and understands the franchise contracts as developed by the franchising contracts administrator
• Promotes and set the importance of Standard Operating Procedure for franchise
• Provide information and knowledge through the franchise business
• Reports daily, weekly, monthly and annually with regards to Franchise Fee Sales, targets, status and other related to the superior
• Responding to and managing any incoming email and phone inquiries
• Responsible to become thoroughly familiar with and adhere to local laws pertaining to franchise sales and disclosure information.
• Visit proposed franchise locations if necessary/as instructed and meet with prospective franchisees to discuss minimum and non-negotiable operating standards for their compliance
• Work closely with marketing on lead generation.

• • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
