JOB DESCRIPTION
- Complies with operational systems, processes and policies to increase effectiveness and efficiency resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Checks inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock levels for the promotion.
- Processes orders of customers ensuring that service levels are met.
- Processes purchase orders for resources (e.g., office supplies, equipment and facilities) needed for operations and ensures timely delivery.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any four year course, preferably business-related
- With three (3) years experience in office administration
