JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitors and analyzes the dealers’ monthly sales performance to recommend activities (e.g. promotions) to increase sales, especially the slow?moving products
- Performs activities to support dealers in achieving sales target
- Monitors proper merchandising to ensure availability and attractiveness of displays.
- Monitors collections vis?à?vis agreed terms; conducts monthly reconciliation and resolves hanging balance
JOB QUALIFICATION
- College Graduate
- Must have at least 1-year work experience in Direct Sales with specific expertise in network marketing and conceptualizing direct selling programs
- Good communication, sales and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Assignment area available is in DAVAO
