JOB DESCRIPTION
- Render free consultations, medical treatment, and dispense necessary prescriptions for all employees if done in the Clinic and within the clinic hours.
- Whenever possible, undertake minor surgery at the Company Clinic for work-related injuries.
- Provide medication and treatment of work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Refer to appropriate doctors/specialists if the employee’s medical case is outside the specialization of the physician.
- Closely monitor confined employees, whether their reason for confinement is work-related or not. The physician shall also submit an evaluation of the confined employee to the company through its HR Manager
- Conduct home visitation of employees on sick leave upon request by the company
- Coordinate with the chosen company's care provider for pre-employment and Annual Physical Examinations.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Medicine
- Must be a OSH Physician
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Marikina City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day
