JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Closing of accounts as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers
- Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, as well as the year-end financial reports.
- Maintenance of Fixed assets and lapsing schedule
- Computation of BIR tax return 1601E, 1604cf, 1604e 1601C, 2550m, 2550q, 1702q
- EFPS filing and payment
- General Ledger, Price Costing, Expenses, Accruals, Revenue
- Bank Reconciliation
- Analysis of different areas of the P&L
- With background in Payroll computation and deduction
- Annualization of BIR reports and year end report
- Updated with BIR, SEC and other government regulatory bodies rules and regulation
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy with at least 2 years of experience.
- Must have the confidence and maturity to communicate effectively with leadership throughout the company.
- Must be a self-starter who is able to function under minimal supervision.
