JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- tenant monitoring, quotation and proposal, answer client concern via phone and emails, monitor payment of tenants. etc
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of 4 years any related course
