JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Responsible for the company's administrative management related work
  2. Organize the formulation and improvement of the company's administrative management rules and regulations to ensure the normal and effective operation of the company's administrative work
  3. Responsible for corporate culture construction and employee activity organization
  4. Responsible for the signing of new contracts, entry and exit arrangement
  5. Participate in the training of newcomers and guide the basic work of newcomers
  6. Connecting and arranging company activities
  7. Responsible for file management, documents, fized asset management, office supplies management and logistics support

JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. Bachelors Degree (or higher) Major in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management is preffered
  2. Experienced in administrative and financial industry
  3. Can speak a certain level of Chinese and English (Oral and Written)
  4. Familiar with different computer operations/softwar
  5. Familiar with reception and business etiquette, understand the management knowledge of office files and supplies
