- BS Medical Technology, BS Microbiology, BS Laboratory Technology, BS Food Technology
- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)

The Environmental-Health Laboratory Services Cooperative is a duly registered cooperative at the Cooperative Development Authority which bond of membership is composed of professional Chemists and medical, pharmaceutical, biological, and molecular biological allied professions. The laboratory started its operation on July 6, 1999.
Our laboratory is accredited by the Department of Health and the Philippine Accreditation Bureau to provide the bacteriological, physical and chemical testing for water.
