1. Assists employees in availing company initiated benefits and government mandated benefits.
2. Coordinates with government agencies in particularly pertaining to government mandated statutory benefits.
3. Responsible for providing a preventive, curative, first aid services to employees and in the administration of company and government mandated benefits
