- Monitor email inbox and accurately handle client requests in a timely manner
- Act as key point of contact between internal support teams and external clients
- Manage prioritization of projects and monitoring of job status
- Promptly file all appropriate documents to their rightful places
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Must be able to communicate well in English
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Solid customer-first mindset
- Prioritization, communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing timelines
- Willing to work in shifts and overtime
