A general Accounting Assistant provides scheduled support to the Accounting Head in accordance with government agency policies and procedures. He/She maintains accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and receivable sub-ledgers and monthly account reconciliations utilizing Brothers Management System (BMS).

• Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Financial Management or any equivalent course
• Experience as an invoice clerk, encoder or in general accounting is preferred
• At least 1-2 years experience in the same field
• Must have exceptional time management, verbal & written communication skills
• Must have a keen attention to details
• Action-oriented with skills and aptitude to excel in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Willing to be assigned in E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Quezon City
