THE ROLE
The Senior Sourcing Specialist is an expert in targeted search, has access to technical talent
pools, and can apply tactics to convert passive leads into active applications. As a Senior
Sourcing Specialist, your main function is to provide a steady supply of viable candidates for
the organization’s technical hiring requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
> Conduct research on market availability of requests specified in job orders and
recommend tactical adjustments to targeted sourcing initiatives
> Draft targeted sourcing initiatives based on research enumerating sourcing channels,
defining the use, and setting applicant and hire targets for each, estimating costs, and
calculating a cost per hire
> Lead execution of targeted initiatives in approved sourcing plans including but not
limited to promo development and facilitation and virtual and on-ground events
organization
> Conduct passive searches regularly
> Facilitate CV screening of all candidates for technical hiring requirements
> Conduct initial interviews as needed
> Recommend and execute additional initiatives to address critical requirements
> Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential new vendors maintaining a
tracker of services rendered, endorsements hired, and/or credits utilized
> Establish partnerships with universities and other relevant organizations that can bring
value to finding and/or grooming talent
> Participate in special projects
QUALIFICATIONS
> A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
> 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting for technical roles
> Proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
> Show discretion and integrity when interacting with candidates, colleagues, and
sensitive employment information
> Ability to consistently meet deadlines, and schedule/deliver on tasks in a timely
manner
> Comfortable within a fast-paced, small-team atmosphere
> Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications
> Experience in a multi-client environment
> Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
> Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
