Digital Marketing

• Manage day-to-day campaign setup, targeting, and optimization for ads on social media
• Coordinate with the team to create a promotion calendar, ad copy and creative, and proper audience segmentation.
• Assist with testing of new content types, targeting options, and drip campaigns to reach a positive return on investment.

Advertising and Promotions:

1. Supports marketing supervisor in organizing various projects.

2. Assists with the production of marketing materials and literature.

3. Provides support for marketing events and exhibitions.

Events Management:

1. Manage events, book venues/suppliers and order/purchase marketing materials.

2. Works with Marketing Services Staff to update and manage the inventory of marketing materials and/or collaterals.

3. Liaise with suppliers regarding production of materials ensuring these are taken into consideration with deadlines.

4. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

5. Update and maintain the marketing department’s documentation and databases

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in a Digital Marketing and Property Sales
• Required Skill(s): good interpersonal skills, Oral and Written Communications, Attention to Detail and Organized, Computer proficiency in MS Office, Sound judgment, professionalism and a positive attitude
• Willing to be assigned at Sto. Tomas, Batangas
