JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare technical drawings using software such AUTO CAD and MS Project.
- Assist the Project Engineer in delegating tasks to labor and skilled workers.
- Organizing materials and ensuring site is safe and clean.
- Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform as Quality Assurance/Quality Control at site.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
- Prepare Daily Construction Report (DCR) and send to general contractor.
- Upload photos of daily activities at site in Procore.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on project.
- Basic understandings of Construction Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems and requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
- Knowledge of engineering, construction, and design.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to the project.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge in using software such as MS Project and AUTO CAD.
- Driver's license is an advantage.
