JOB DESCRIPTION
- Safe and timely deliveries and pick-up of material and equipment from staging area and to locations.
- Participate in loading and unloading of materials on outgoing trucks by repetitive lifting or using of a boom truck.
- Verifying loads such as proper loading of materials, tarping, strapping, and etc.
- Daily circle check reports and upkeep of company vehicle, including general maintenance (greasing of Boom/ Moffat) and cleanliness of cabs.
- Responsible for directives on site to helper.
- Ensures proper material and quantity, rigging, planning, hoisting, balance, weight limits, binding/securing of load.
- Maintains and keeps Boom/Crane Truck interior and exterior clean.
- Strictly adhering to safety regulations and ensuring potential hazards are minimized.
- Following site grading and operations plans.
- Working collaboratively with other construction workers and maintaining healthy relationships with them.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least High school diploma.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving records.
- Proven experience in operating a standard boom truck.
- Knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and traffic and road safety regulations.
- Boom/Crane Certificate 0-8 Ton license.
