JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Checks monthly remittances reports (Loans and Premiums)
  • Prepares consolidated reports of actual deductions and monthly remittances.
  • Process payment of monthly remittances through https://www.bancnetonline.com/egov/login.egov and https://eprs01.philhealth.gov.ph/
  • Prepares summary of weekly payroll and sorts out ATM employees from Non-ATM holder employees.
  • Send a copy of payroll sheets to all projects and plants through email.
  • As Authorized Company Representative, performs field work  for the following:
  • Submission of necessary documents to the government offices for Salary loans, Sickness Benefit, Maternity Benefits, Updating of Employee Records etc.
  • Picking-up of Loan Checks and other important documents.
  • Updates monthly employee records in office files (for BIR Form 2316 purposes)
  • Handles the transfer of the BIR RDO office of the new employee from his/her previous employer.
  • Prepares monthly registration forms to all government agencies for new employees of the company.
  • Handles registration and updating of employees information through https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/PubReg/Starter_Page.aspx
  • https://eprs01.philhealth.gov.ph/, https://ereg.bir.gov.ph/ereg/logon.do  and  BIR Data Entry Module.
  • Prepares employees’ certification needed for their privilege and benefit claims.
  • Maintains file records. (eg. DTRs, Check voucher of monthly remittances, etc.).
  • Prepares 13th month pay report.
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • BS Accountancy Graduate
  • Most of the time, CPA is required. 
  • Knowledge in SAP and Quickbooks are an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned in West Avenue Quezon City
