JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose statement:

To ensure an efficient coordination to chapters and monitoring of projects on behalf of the National Headquarters

Project Coordination (50%)

  • Contributes to the completion of the project goal, objectives and timely implementation of activities.
  • Facilitates arrangement and coordination for Build Trust Philippines related activities in close coordination with the Chapter and appropriate Service departments.
  • Monitors and evaluates the implementation of activities to determine more areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Establish excellent working relationships and strategic engagement with the partners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Articulate overall goals, activities, budget, expected outcomes and timeframe.
  • Systematically coordinates chapters to
  • ensure that all project activities are delivered within scheduled time.
  • Oversee the implementation of appropriate assistance and training programs to strengthen efforts to targeted beneficiaries.

Reporting (40%)

  • Prepare and submit weekly Situation and Accomplishment Reports emanating from chapter reports and activities
  • Ensure timely submission of necessary information and reports to the National Headquarters and Partners

Others (10%)

  • Comply with PRC Code of Conduct and RCRC Security and Safety Protocols.
  • Perform special tasks related to PMER and Project Management as may be required by the Manager

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications/Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate
  • Minimum two years experience in Project Development and Management.
  • Familiar with the PRC structures, protocols and procedures as a staff or volunteer.
  • Knowledge of the political and economic situation in BARMM
  • Proven experience in the management of people and resources, particularly in managing people on the ground.
  • Demonstrated skills in staff supervision, capacity building and mentoring, and ability to motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Ability to make decisions in-line with organizational goals and values
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Collaborates with team members to achieve shared outcomes
  • Flexibility and a willingness to contribute beyond standard office hours
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships within and external to the Philippine Red Cross
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, both written and oral.
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English.
