JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Coordinator requires the ability to perform the following duties:
- Handle Statutory Compensation and Benefits
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Regulatory compliance and reporting
- Assist Employee orientation, development, and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee relationship management
- Committee facilitation
- Company-employee communication
- Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- With 1 year working experience in Statutory COMPENBEN.
- Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or employee relations a plus
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the management team
- Willing to travel around Quezon City, North Luzon Area (Bulacan), South Luzon area.
- Must be open to doing fieldwork as needed
