We are urgently looking for an independent, experienced in all facets of Admin Department, and willing to be in a 1 man team.
Work Location is in BF Resort Parañaque.
Work Schedule is Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12nn
A. Office Management
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Monitor company inventory, supplies, deliveries, fixed-asset, and returns from time to time.
- Process utilities (MAYNILAD/MERALCO/Internet/Telephone and others) of the office.
- Monitoring of MGS meetings, expenses and others.
- Follow-ups of staff reports for submission to MGS.
- In charge of the Minutes of the Meetings ever office meetings
- Suppliers / Clients Meetings
- Will do bank transactions such as, but not limited to, payments to suppliers, mandatory remittances, BIR payments, check encashments and or deposit.
- Monitoring of Company Vehicles (Insurance/Payments/Contract Expiration/Registration)
- Liaise to government agencies (BIR/SSS/PHIC/Pag-IBIG) for any updates, submission of reports, payments and others related matters.
B. Project Facilitation
- Process all permits pertaining to various projects.
- Liaise to government agencies (different departments in City Hall) for any updates, submission of reports and others related matters.
- Transaction to all Admin Office/Consultants/Architects/Engineers of all project sites.
- Process utilities (MAYNILAD/MERALCO/Internet/Telephone and others) of project sites.
C. Office Activities
- Manage and coordinate all admin and logistic concerns of the company pertaining to activities (outing/teambuilding/and others)
- Ad-hoc reports
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the manager.
Skills Requirement:
- Knowledge of government transactions pertaining to permits
- Knowledge of processing utilities
- Detailed-oriented
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication.
- Flexible (easily adjusts to sudden changes)
- Must be amenable to work in Parañaque
- Willing to work every Saturday (halfday)
