JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
• Source qualified candidates using the different recruitment channels
• Conduct off-site recruitment and organize job fairs/ caravans/ and other field recruitment activities
• Administer exams to candidates
• Conduct initial interview and endorse qualified candidates to clients
• Prepare recruitment reports

JOB QUALIFICATION

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least college graduate/bachelor's degree
  • Must have good communication, sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Can work under pressure
  • At least 3-6 months working experience in Recruitment
  • Amenable to work in Maybunga, Pasig City

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00AM - 5:00PM or 9:00AM - 6:00PM
