- Achieve sales targets in coordination with the Marketing and Promotion team

- Provide feedback and formulate promotion planning with Marketing and Promotion team.

- Able to handle customer inquiries, objections and close sales in a polite, friendly and professional manner.

- Provide excellent sales and customer service through chat, phone calls, and emails.

- Establish good relationship with customers.

- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

- Regular meetings with the CEO.

Job Qualifications:

· With experience in online/e-commerce industry is a MUST.

· Familiarity in using Shopify and Shopify Apps.

· With advance knowledge in Photo and Video editing application is an advantage.

· Proficient in using MS Excel.

· Minimum of 3 years work experience

· Advance communication skills in English, written and verbal.

· Can work with minimal supervision and able to handle pressure.
