SCRUM MASTER - Urgently Needed!
Summary of Duties:
-Ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices
-Mentoring and motivate the teams to improve processes
-Facilitate meetings and decision-making processes
-Eliminating team impediments
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Ad, IT or the like
-At least 3 years relevant experience
-Agile Methodology experience
-In-depth knowledge of backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition
-Outstanding communication, facilitation, negation and coaching, and leadership skills
-Analytical, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
PLUS POINTS:
-Agile Certifications
-Experience in JIRA and CONFLUENCE
-Scaled Agile Framework Experience
-Experience working with Microsoft Technology Stack
