• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person on the team
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
• Support the recruitment process, performing interviews, background checking, assisting shortlisting, orientation and issuing employment contracts, etc.
• Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface
• Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential
• Support other functions as assigned.

Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.

With a background in human resource practice.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 

With knowledge of using MS Office applications

Good time-management skills

Willing to work on the field
