JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE
As the Designer, you need to collaborate with the organizations’ teams and clients to turn great ideas into stunning design executions. In this role, you will contribute to research and design execution to help the organizations we work with make an impact on a global scale.
JOB QUALIFICATION
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
> Conceptualize, execute, and produce design communications for diverse media
types print, digital, video, and events with a focus on the craft of design under the
direction of a senior designer
> Assist in the creation of presentation materials and documents, including
presentation decks and visual mock-ups
> Assist with miscellaneous production assignments including but not limited to
sourcing imagery and the footage, retouching, image resizing as well as the design of
presentations, creation of both static and animated banner ads and social media ads,
landing pages, and email templates
> Assist with adding digital design elements into marketing channels and tools
including email platforms and website content management systems
> Assist in client research and workshop distillation
QUALIFICATIONS
> A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
> 2+ years of experience in design with an emphasis on digital design
> Experience with the demands of a client-driven digital marketing agency or creative
department
> Proficient in using Adobe Creative (a software license will be provided if you do not
already have one), as well as Figma, Google Drive, Miro, and Wipster
> Diverse online or PDF portfolio containing a wide variety of design work
> High level of English language proficiency
> Extraordinarily high attention to detail
> Adept at working within a team and partnering across teams
> Willingness to work on the United States Eastern Standard Time hours,
approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
> Experience in a multi-client environment
> Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
> Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
> Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
