JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing finished products based on design requirements provided.
- Works under general supervision from the Lead Software Engineer.
- Participating in all aspects of the software development process including application design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Working in an agile setting with multi-disciplinary engineering design teams.
- Write clean, test driven, easily maintainable, modular code
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Perform UI/backend tests to optimize performance
JOB QUALIFICATION
Primary Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in web and software development
- Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as Laravel, HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Strong OOP skills
- Strong understanding of SOLID Principle and Design Patterns
- Experience working with PostgreSql / MySql
- Linux console skills
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to research and execute on solutions for programming challenges
- Willing to commit to results, not tasks
