JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  • Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
  • Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a succesful sale to be processed.
  • Collaborating with team lead and members to reach sales targets.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • At least college level or 2 year course of Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or equivalent.
  • No experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate well with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, with a can-do attitude.
  • With driver's license is an advantage.
