• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, taking minutes during meetings and organizing catering when necessary
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
• At least 6 months or a year of relevant experience
• Excellent organization, time management, coordination, analytical, interpersonal and networking skills
• Fast and forward-thinker
• Excellent business communication & presentation skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools and software (HRIS, Monday.com)
