JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Follow up on court cases
- Attend court hearings
- Serve notices to debtors
- Represent the company in labor disputes/cases
- Draft demand letters and complaints
- Check and file court case documents
- Receive letters, messages and other correspondence from private and public offices
- Maintain employee/personal records
- Responsible for filing correspondence to and from employees regarding resignations, retirements, suspension and termination
- Coordinates with HRD concerning applicants and new employees
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or law related course
- Has at least 2 years of related work experience
- Has demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Has outstanding communication skills
- Must be detailed and precise
- Willing to work in West Avenue, Quezon City
